Deliveries and returns



Delivery in most cases is by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This means that a signature is required on delivery. Orders are processed the next working day after your order is placed. If your order is quite heavy then it will be sent by DHL.




If an item is found to be faulty on delivery then please contact us immediately to allow us to rectify the matter.

If you order an item by mistake (for example you order the wrong size), we can replace it with the correct size providing that it is returned to us unopened and in a resaleable condition. We cannot refund your return postage costs.

If within 7 days of delivery you decide that for any reason, you no longer want the item you can return it to us but at your own expense. A refund of the purchase price of the returned item can then be given, but only if the item is returned unopened and in a condition fit to be resold. If the item is not returned to us, or is returned in any other condition than unopened then we will not be able to offer a refund.
